On Tuesday, March 22nd, Always Authors launches its first season with five episodes featuring an array of New York Times best-selling authors, writers to watch out for, and truly super comic book writers.

Episode 1: "The Simple Act of Going Back" André Aciman, author of Call me by Your Name in conversation with Edmund de Waal, world class ceramicist and author of the memoir The Hare with Amber Eyes.


Episode 2: "All of us in Our Hoop Skirts!" Kerri Maher, author of The Paris Bookseller in conversation with Fiona Davis, author of The Magnolia Palace.

Episode 3: "Are you a Plotter or a Pantser?" Jeffery Deaver, author of his latest thriller The Midnight Lock in conversation with John Gilstrap, author of his latest action novel Blue Fire.


Episode 4: "A Pedestal is a Different Kind of Box" Kelly Sue DeConnick, legendary comic book author, the first female writer of an ongoing Avengers title, and author of Wonder Woman: Historia, in conversation with Adrienne Mayor, historian of ancient science, classical folklorist, and author of The Amazons.


Episode 5: "I'm Writing A Book, I Swear!" Mia P. Manansala, author of Arsenic and Adobo and Homicide and Halo-Halo, in conversation with Lyn Liao Butler, author of The Tiger Mom's Tale and Red Thread of Fate.
